I took 2 laps on the trail around Holmes lake after work today. Even though I was only outside for a little over a 1/2 hour is sure does wonders for the way you feel.
I saw a couple dozen runners / joggers, and at least that many people walking on the trail around the lake. A few families. And a lot of dogs took their masters out for a walk too. A row boat and a kayak as well as 24 people I counted fishing off the bank during the short time I was there.
A little crisp and breezy, but definitely glad I stepped out for a little bit. A great little ride for a day when I'm short on time. Score - 6.06 miles.
