Repositioned for a new commute.

We have relocated the Nebraska Outdoor Addict corporate campus just off the bike path on the scenic banks of Beal Brook. We are moved, but certainly not settled in and we'll be unpacking for a long time. This'll make the work commute a little longer and put us in a good location for biking.

To: "NOA" From: "Nacho Riders"

Boy, You guys are all right! I don't care what everyone else says. Look at what I found on the front step. What a cool surprise!

I had to skip the ride again today. But I'll be there again, just like old times next week. I should be settled in and back on the bike real soon.

The 2nd annual NSFW ride.

Yesterday 19 of us skipped work to ride the NSFW ride around Lincoln. We stopped at a 1/2 a dozen bike shops, had lunch in Havelock and got 40 miles in. I made it back to the house with 47.8 miles for the day.

We biked all right today.

Patches and I decided to go for a spin this morning. We took a series of right-hand turns on the Tierra Williamsburg to S. 14th St. to The Jamaica North to The Salt Creek Levy Trail to the Antelope Valley Project Trail to the Billy Wolff.

I parked the Felt with an extra 23.2 miles on it after the ride.

Picking up where we left off.

The boys and I met up for a spin to Eagle for a preseason Nacho Ride. The ride was perfect and the ribbing began at the Trailhead and didn't let up. I don't know what I've missed more, the riding or making memories with these clowns. The Tuesday Night Nacho Ride officially begins it's 5th season on May 3rd.

Tonight's miles = 28.62

League of American Bicyclists Traffic Skills 101 class.

Today a group of us took the LAB's Traffic Skills 101 class with intentions of eventually becoming certified instructors ourselves. It was a great class with time in the classroom followed by skill development in the parking lot with cones. Finally we put what we'd learned into practice as we rode the streets and trails. We made a pit stop at MWC during their 'Spring Cleaning Party' before riding back to finish the 1-day class.

I was a little late after finding a big piece of glass in my tire about 1/2 way there. I got it fixed only to flat again hours later when my tube went through a hole in the sidewall and popped. It's time for new tires.

Today was a lot of fun and I learned a few things that made the day well spent. Today's miles = 13.3
