Movement

Biking to work can be a lot like pooping. If you wait to long, it can be hard, exhausting, embarrassing and smell bad. But if you ride to work regularly you'll find it fast, easy, enjoyable, and good for your health.

For those of us who need a gentle reminder, next week is Bike To Work Week with a kickoff event tomorrow morning downtown.

Today's miles on the ride to work and back = 20.74
